- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪In defense of Lorraine Monteleone, she has been exceptionally professional and helpful. I do know know the experience that the bad reviewer had or why she felt the need to attack her personally, but there are always two sides to the story. My experiences at Treasured Smiles has always been positive. From receptionists, hygienists, dentists, billing secretaries, and office managers (Lorraine), everyone has been exceptionally friendly and good at what they do. If I dropped a star of my review, it might be for all the pestering me about flossing, but I'll forgive that. ;-)March 17, 2017by Scott D.
